If you are not satisfied with you plants please get in tough with us immediately after opening your order. All claims regarding plants quality must be reported by email within 24 hours of receipt of product. Digital pictures of all the plants you are claiming, as well as the box and all box labels, are required. Pictures should include a close up of the product, as well as a more panoramic or larger view of the product showing the plants in question. Claims made after 24 hours of receipt of product will not be accepted. We may ask for return of the plants to process your claim.
Should items returned to us in worse condition than when they were delivered, and as pictured in your photos, due to improper packing, we reserve the right to adjust the refund amount accordingly.
You can return an item bought from us due to change of mind within 14 days. If so. you need to email us and then send it back to us, at your cost, and once the item is received back to us we will then be in touch regarding a refund. We will not reimburse you for the postage as the return shipping is coming at your cost.
Should items return in a poor condition due to improper packing, we reserve the right to adjust the refund amount accordingly.
Please note that during cold months plants are shipped with a complimentary heat pack. In event of a return, you should send the plants back with a heatpack you provide as damage due to unsatisfactory preparation ahead of shipping may impact your refund.
